Our t-shirts are printed on a 100% cotton t-shirt that are light, comfortable and super durable - perfect to handle sweat, grass stains and diaper blowouts. The high quality print is incredibly vibrant and will not peel or crack after being washed.

Out children's garments are printed on a 100% cotton garment that is lightweight, allowing for maximum breathability. 

 DELIVERY

1. Processing Time: All our products are made-to-order and require processing time. The average processing time for our products is 2-5 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: We offer standard shipping for all our products, which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery within Canada and the United States, and 10-30 business days for international orders. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order, and will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on our website during the promotional period.

4. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the tracking information to be updated after your order has been shipped.

5. International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Order Changes and Address Updates: Please review your order carefully before placing it, as we may not be able to make changes or updates to your order once it has been placed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customized and personalized items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
